Action Plan 

based on Next Generation Law
In order to encourage employees to demonstrate their abilities and to work in harmony with work and life, the Company will formulate an action plan as follows.
Planning period
Two years from April 1, 2020 to March 31, 2022
■Matters concerning the improvement of the employment environment

Goal: In order to reduce overtime work, we will promote NO overtime work days, paid encouragement days, office lights off at 20:00, overtime pay allowance system, transfer system, etc.

Countermeasures: Report the results of the implementation periodically at the in-house meeting, and improve the situation every time.

■Other measures to support the development of the next generation

Goal: Let's get a factory tour of elementary school students.

Workaround: Cooperate with local elementary schools and conduct plant tours at least once a year.
