■Matters concerning the improvement of the employment environment
Goal: To reduce unscheduled work, we promote no-end work DAY, paid incentives, office turn-off at 20:00, and so on.
Countermeasures: Report the results of the implementation periodically at the in-house meeting, and improve the situation every time.
■Other measures to support the development of the next generation
Goal: Let's get a factory tour of elementary school students.
Workaround: Cooperate with local elementary schools and conduct plant tours at least once a year.
